All are welcome this Wednesday, March 6th at noon, to join us for our annual Ash Wednesday service.
Ash Wednesday is a traditional Christian worship service that marks the beginning of the forty days of Lent. In the Episcopal tradition, the ashes are a sign of penitence and a reminder of our mortality. The service is a wonderful opportunity to begin the contemplative season of Lent with intentionality, by walking alongside other members of our community as we ponder, in anticipation of Easter, what really matters in life.
"Remember that you are dust, and to dust you shall return."
Reminder: Join us on Sunday mornings this Lent, at 9:15 am each week, as we delve deeper into what it means to follow Jesus's Way of Love. Between our 8:00 and 10:30 services, we will be hosting a free breakfast and adult formation hour to explore how to more deeply live out our values as individuals and as a community.
